We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website. It is advisable to check these on each occasion when you use the site. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

2. Order process

 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 The 'confirmation' email sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.

3. Delivery

3.1  Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. Unforeseen delays are occasionally inevitable due to factors beyond our control. Bubble & Squeak shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

4. Payment

We will refund any payment made from your card in the event that goods are unavailable. We will inform you of this as soon as possible.

 Payment can be made by Switch, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Delta, Solo, Paypal and Cheque.

 All prices include current rate VAT but not delivery charges.

5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

5.2  Free delivery for orders over £50.00 Delivery and packaging is £3.95 for most mainland orders throughout the UK. If you live in any of the following places, please call for additional postage charges. Highlands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight.

How will my product be sent? Your order will be sent using a next working day service. Dependent on the value of your order it may be sent by Royal Mail first class or by a Carrier Company. A signature will be required upon receipt for orders. You should not accept orders that are obviously damaged.

When will I receive my order? We will usually deliver items within 5 working days and usually as soon as payment has been received. We will advise by e-mail once your order has been despatched.

What is the Returns Policy? If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused and in perfect condition within 2 days of delivery. We will be willing to provide a refund or exchange. The items must be returned in the condition they were received. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you. All returns must be securely packaged when returned. A 20% administration charge will be levied for this service.

We advise you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

We can only refund the your order back to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please advise us of any damage within 24 hours of receiving the order. You should not sign for any items when the packaging is obviously damaged.

6  Changes to this Policy

6.1  We will make any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting them on the website. We will take steps to draw your attention to any changes in our Policy. It is advisable to refer to these whenever you visit the site.

7. Liability and Indemnitys

7.1 Bubble and Squeak will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information on the site. We makes no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server from which it is made available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website. Bubble and Squeak accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
